Welcome to Indian Private Driver. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any reservation or inquiry.

1. Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, or phone.

• A confirmation will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp once the booking is finalized.

• For certain tours, an advance deposit may be required to secure your booking.

2. Payments

• Payment can be made through bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or cash (as agreed).

• Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour unless agreed otherwise.

• All prices are mentioned in INR (?) unless specified.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour date: Full refund.

• Cancellations made between 3–6 days before the tour date: 50% refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour start: No refund.

• Any refund will be processed within 7 working days.

4. Changes to Itinerary

• Changes requested by the customer after booking will be accommodated if possible and may result in additional charges.

• Indian Private Driver reserves the right to modify the itinerary in case of unforeseen circumstances like weather, roadblocks, or local restrictions.

5. Driver and Vehicle Conduct

• Our drivers are experienced, professional, and punctual.

• All vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and air-conditioned.

• Customers are expected to respect the vehicle and driver.

6. Liability

• Indian Private Driver is not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or delays arising during the journey due to natural calamities, strikes, accidents, or third-party service failure.

• We recommend all travelers purchase travel insurance.

7. Travel Documents

• You are responsible for carrying valid identification, travel documents, permits (if needed), and visas.

• Indian Private Driver is not responsible for any entry denial or legal issues.

8. Use of Website

• All content, logos, images, and materials on indianprivatedriver.com are the property of Indian Private Driver and may not be used or copied without permission.

9. Jurisdiction

• These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
