All bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, or phone.
A confirmation will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp once the booking is finalized.
For certain tours, an advance deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Payment can be made through bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or cash (as agreed).
Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour unless agreed otherwise.
All prices are mentioned in INR (?) unless specified.
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour date: Full refund.
Cancellations made between 3–6 days before the tour date: 50% refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour start: No refund.
Any refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Changes requested by the customer after booking will be accommodated if possible and may result in additional charges.
Indian Private Driver reserves the right to modify the itinerary in case of unforeseen circumstances like weather, roadblocks, or local restrictions.
Our drivers are experienced, professional, and punctual.
All vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and air-conditioned.
Customers are expected to respect the vehicle and driver.
Indian Private Driver is not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or delays arising during the journey due to natural calamities, strikes, accidents, or third-party service failure.
We recommend all travelers purchase travel insurance.
You are responsible for carrying valid identification, travel documents, permits (if needed), and visas.
Indian Private Driver is not responsible for any entry denial or legal issues.
