Cancellation And Refund Policy

At Indian Private Driver, we understand that plans may change. This policy outlines the rules regarding cancellations and applicable refunds.

Cancellation Policy

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • 7 days or more before the travel date: Full refund of the booking amount (excluding transaction charges).

  • 3 to 6 days before the travel date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

  • Less than 48 hours before the travel date or no-show: No refund will be issued.

2. Last-Minute Bookings

For bookings made within 48 hours of the tour date, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

3. How to Cancel

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. Verbal cancellations over the phone will not be considered valid unless confirmed in writing by our team.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

  • Indian Private Driver is not liable for delays caused by banks or third-party payment gateways.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Cancellations due to visa refusal, travel restrictions, or personal emergencies.

  • Failure to provide accurate booking information.

  • Cancellations due to natural disasters, political disturbances, or strikes unless the trip is cancelled by Indian Private Driver.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

In case Indian Private Driver cancels a confirmed booking due to operational issues (such as driver unavailability or vehicle breakdown), customers will receive either:

  • A full refund of the paid amount, or

  • An option to reschedule the trip or use the payment toward a future booking.
